After agreeing to help Rolan in the first chapter, a brief cutscene of the ship will begin which will initiate the second chapter of Granblue Fantasy: Relink.

Chapter 2: Tempest on the Horizon Walkthrough
The chapter begins on Rolan’s ship who will be piloting the ship to a mining village called Tempeal. Speak with Rolan and accept to depart to reach the village. Once you have landed at Tempeal, follow the road leading to the village and you will find a Hallowed Ground, a large green crystal where you can rest to heal all of your allies in the party as well as fix and upgrade the weapons.
The Hills
Keep following the road from the Hallowed Ground to reach the Hills and encounter a plethora of Goblins. Defeat the Goblins using the power strikes along with Link Attacks to rescue the first islanders. Upon rescuing the captured villagers, you will unlock two objectives requiring you to rescue the islanders at other settlements.

You can complete the objective in any order you like but be prepared to fight stronger goblin soldiers. Follow the objective markers to reach the settlements and clear the area from the goblins to rescue the villagers. After liberating both of the settlements, Rolan will spot more Goblins near the area. Go along the road following the objective marker to encounter more goblins.
As you defeat the goblins more goblin soldiers will appear. Use the Link Attacks on the stronger goblin soldiers to defeat them quickly. After defeating the goblins, speak with the islanders to learn about more captured villagers at Goblin Fortress.
Zeghard Fortress
Upon reaching Zeghard Fortress, you will find a Hallowed Ground in the path. Interact with it to save progress and heal all the allies. Now, keep following the path ahead to reach an arena where you will get to encounter a boss fight with Greatshield Madbeat. Greatshield Madbeat is a giant goblin with several aggressive attacks and a great shield.
Use the Wind elemental skills to deal more damage to Greatshield Madbeat as it is weakened against the wind. Connect the Link attacks on time to build up the Link level of the party and increase the Skybound Arts gauge quickly to initiate the Full Burst Skybound Arts attack to deal extensive damage to it.
Once you have defeated Greatshield Madbeat, a brief cutscene will play out concluding the second chapter of Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
