Palworld offers an immersive experience of survival in a world filled with various kinds of Pals (creatures) that can be befriended by capturing them. Not only do players need to take care of their character throughout the whole journey but also need to take care of their Pals that are working at the base so that they don’t lose their Sanity. One of the crucial structures that players should build early in the game is the Straw Pal Bed which allows the captured Pals to rest whenever they are tired to restore their Sanity.

How to Build a Straw Pal Bed in Palworld
The Straw Pal Bed is a resting structure for Pals in Palworld that players can unlock and learn its recipe at reaching Level 3 of Technology. Forage resources, mine rocks and ores, catch Pals, and complete base missions to increase the level. Once you have reached level 3, open the Technology tab and learn the recipe for Straw Pal Bed by using two Technology Points.
Upon learning the recipe, go into the Build Mode by pressing the B button and switch to the infrastructure category to find the Straw Pal Bed structure. Select the Straw Pal Bed and place it on the ground to build it. It will require 10x Wood and 5x Fiber to build the Straw Pal Bed so, make sure that you have the required amount of wood and fiber in your inventory or a wooden chest.
Once you have built the Straw Pal Bed, the deployed Pals at your base will sleep on the Straw Pal Bed to restore Sanity which keeps them in good condition. If you don’t put any Straw Pal Bed at your base, your Pals will sleep unsoundly and won’t restore any Sanity which can end up in losing Pals. It is best to make a Straw Pal Bed for every deployed Pal at your base to keep all of them happy.
