There are various Time Powers in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown that will grant you certain abilities that you can use to traverse through the areas to find the hidden locations. These abilities are also essential during combat, especially the Dimensional Claw ability which is granted by finding the Feather of the Simurgh.

How to Unlock Dimensional Claw Time Power
The Dimensional Claw is the third Time Power that players will get to unlock after defeating Kiana, the Forest Queen during ‘The Path to the Sands Prison’ main quest. It is the fourth main quest in the storyline that will require players to find the two missing Time Powers that are needed to unlock the Pit of Eternal Sands.
One of the missing Time Powers is the Dimensional Claw for which players will have to make their way through the Sunken Harbor to reach the Hyrcanian Forest biome. As players close in to the quest marker, they will be blocked by Kiana which will initiate the boss fight. After defeating Kiana, continue in the west direction and make your way up in the chamber by using the Aerial Dash ability.
Upon reaching the chamber, you will find the Feather of the Simurgh that will grant you the Dimensional Claw Time Power. The Dimensional Claw Time Power is used to open a Dimensional Rift by pressing the B/Circle button which allows players to throw items to another dimension or push enemies into it. The items thrown in the alternate dimension will get offensive properties and the enemies will start to fight alongside you for a short time.
