Athra Surges are the sacred abilities of Sargon that players can use to gain an advantage during combat. Each Athra Surge unleashes unique powers and there are ten in total of different levels that can be obtained throughout the journey. However, only two Athra Surges of any level can be equipped at a time.

How to Equip & Change Athra Surges in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Players will get their first Athra Surges after completing the Prologue of the game and as players progress in the main story questline and explore the various biomes of The Mount Qaf, they will unlock several other Athra Surges. To equip the Athra Surges, you need to find a Wak-Wak tree. Wak-Wak trees are the safe points and allow you to manage your equipment like Amulets and Athra Surges.
Upon finding a Wak-Wak tree, interact with it to activate it and then select the ‘Athra Surges’ option. It will open the Athra Surges menu through which you can equip and change the surges that you have gathered throughout your journey. You can only equip two Athra Surges at a time from the available surges so, if you run out of slots, you will have to swap one of the equipped surges.
After equipping/changing the Athra Surges, simply close the menu to save the changes and continue on your journey, and if you come to find any stronger Athra Surge, find any near Wak-Wak tree to equip/change it.
