I’ve Got A Dreamlight is a Friendship Quest for Rapunzel that players will get to complete after completing the Housewarming quest for her. It is a Level 4 Friendship Quest that requires players to cook a meal for Rapunzel and fulfill the dream of Gaston of being a hero.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to complete the I’ve Got A Dreamlight quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Complete the I’ve Got a Dreamlight Quest
Start the quest by talking to Rapunzel upon reaching Friendship Level 4 with her and you will get the objective to talk to Remy. Open the map to see where is Remy and then go talk to him. He will give you a recipe book for a new recipe called Ruby Masoor Dal that you have to prepare and share with Rapunzel.
Once you have the recipe, you need to gather the required ingredients for it which are the following.
Chili Pepper
Tomato
Chili Pepper can be obtained by growing on your own using the Chili Pepper Seeds which can be bought from Goofy’s Stall in the Sunlit Plateau (Valley) or the Glittering Dunes (Eternity Isle). Tomato can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall for 33 Star Coins in the Dazzle Beach biome. Ruby Lentils are also obtained by growing on your own using the Ruby Lentils Seeds which can be bought from Goofy’s Stall for 250 Star Coins each in the Wild Tangle biome.
Upon getting all the required ingredients, go and access any cooking station to cook the Ruby Masoor Dal. Bring the recipe to Remy and then bring it to Rapunzel to share it with her. After doing so, she will tell you to gather the following materials for her creature.
10x Softwood – Found everywhere in the Valley.
10x Plastic Scrap – Found by fishing in the open water (without ripples) in Eternity Isle.
2x Scorpion – Found by fishing in the Blue Ripples in the quicksand in the Glittering Dunes.
3x Piranha – Found by fishing in the Gold Ripples in The Lagoon area of Wild Tangle.
Once you have all the materials, bring them to Rapunzel in her Tower. Now, go talk to Gaston and he will meet you in Rapunzel’s Tower. Talk to Gaston next to the beaten-up creature that Rapunzel made and take a picture of him next to the creature. Talk to him again and he will tell you to take another picture.
As you take another picture of Gaston, listen to the conversation between Gaston and Rapunzel and then talk to Rapunzel. Follow Rapunzel to a surprise as she will lead you to a cave behind the waterfall in the Ancient’s Landing biome. Talk to Rapunzel upon reaching the surprise and then throw the coin in the water by interacting with it to make a wish.
Lastly. Talk to Rapunzel again to conclude the quest and gain 880 Friendship Points as a reward for completing the quest.
