How to Get Galarica Wreath and Galarica Cuff in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk
Galarica Wreath and Galarica Cuff are both crafting items that players can obtain from an NPC over in the Coastal Plaza by giving her the Galarica Twigs. Both of these items are made from Galarica Twigs and the NPC will require a significant number of Galarica Twigs for both of the items.
The Coastal Plaza is located in the Coastal biome which is on the northeast side of the Terrarium world map. Once players have access to the plaza, they will see an NPC standing next to two Kiosks. Upon finding the NPC, interact with her and you will be able to select either to get a Galarica Wreath or Galarica Cuff at a time.
Selecting the Galarica Wreath will require 15 Galarica Twigs whereas, the Galarica Cuff will require 8 Galarica Twigs. Galarica Wreath is used for evolving Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowking and Galarica Cuff is used for evolving Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro.
So, if you want to have both of the evolved Pokémon at your disposal, you must have 23 Galarica Twigs to turn them into Galarica Wreath and Galarica Cuff.
