Galarian Slowpoke is one of the new and returning Pokémon to the Scarlet and Violet version in the latest DLC, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. The DLC is divided into two parts each one offering a new world for exploration and unraveling their mysteries.
Galarian Slowpoke is a part of The Indigo Disk which is the second part of the DLC which brings players to a land named Terrarium to visit the Blueberry Academy. Here, players will get to explore four different biomes of Terrarium and catch all new and returning Pokémon one of which is Galarian Slowpoke.
In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find Galarian Slowpoke and how to evolve it into Galarian Slowbro and Galarian Slowking in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk DLC.
Where to Find Galarian Slowpoke in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Indigo Disk
Galarian Slowpoke is a Psychic-type Pokémon that can be found west of the Coastal Plaza on the beach in the Coastal biome. The Coastal biome is located on the northeast side of the Terrarium world map. Upon reaching this biome and the Coastal Plaza, continue on the east side to come across a pond where you will get to find several Galarian Slowpoke Pokémon.
Go near any one of the Galarian Slowpoke Pokémon and use the Quick Ball or Great Ball to catch the Galarian Slowpoke Pokémon without fighting it. If it resists the catch, use a low-level Pokémon and do a standard attack to lower Galarian Slowpoke’s HP and then throw any Poke Ball to successfully catch it.
How to Evolve Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro/Slowking
Once you have caught a Galarian Slowpoke, you will be able to evolve it into either a Galarian Slowbro or Galarian Slowking. To have both of the evolved Galarian Slowpokes, you must catch two Galarian Slowpokes and evolve each one into a different form.
Evolving Galarian Slowpoke into a Galarian Slowbro will require an item named Galarica Cuff and evolving Galarian Slowpoke into a Galarian Slowking will require an item named Galarica Wreath. Both of these items are obtained from an NPC located at the Coastal Plaza which will require a certain number of Galarica Twigs to weave you one of the items at a time.

Once you have both of the items in your inventory, follow the following steps to evolve the Galarian Slowpoke.
Press the X button to open the main menu and then select the Bag option.
Use the Directional buttons to go to the Other Items tab and then select either a Galarica Wreath or Galarica Cuff.
Select the ‘Use this item’ option and then select the Galarian Slowpoke from the side to use it on slowpoke to evolve it into its respective form.
Upon evolving the Galarian Slowpoke into its another form, it will be registered in the Pokedex.
