Acquiring the Ogrepon Masks will enhance the abilities and powers of the legendary Pokémon, Ogrepon in the Teal Mask DLC. Players will be able to change the form of Ogrepon by equipping various masks on it to use unique abilities corresponding to the mask and win the fights with ease.

How to Get All Ogrepon Masks in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: The Teal Mask
Obtaining the Ogrepon Masks will require players to defeat The Loyal Three and Ogre. The Loyal Three is the titanic form of three individual Pokémon scattered around the Land of Kitakami that players will get to unravel after finding all the Signboards. Each Titanic Pokémon holds a mask of a certain type which offers unique abilities to Ogrepon.
There are four Masks in total scattered around the Land of Kitakami from which three of them are obtained from The Loyal Three and the last one is obtained by catching the Ogrepon. The Masks that are dropped from The Loyal Three are the following.
Wellspring Mask (Water Type) – Dropped from defeating Titanic Munkidori
Hearthflame Mask (Fire Type) – Dropped from defeating Titanic Fezandipiti
Cornerstone Mask (Rock Type) – Dropped from defeating Titanic Okidogi
Once players have obtained the three masks (in any order), they will unlock the encounter with Ogrepon in the Oni Mountain area. Defeat all masks form of Ogrepon and catch it get the Teal Mask pre-equipped on Ogrepon.
Teal Mask cannot be separated from Ogrepon or stored in the inventory like the rest of the three masks. You can only equip an additional mask at a time on Ogrepon to grant it additional abilities.
