Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time DLC expansion offers a brand-new world that players will get to explore and unravel its mysteries along with gathering various new materials, and ingredients, befriending new creatures, and even fishing up new fish and creatures. One of the new fished-up creatures that players can find is Skeleton Fish which can be consumed to regain energy or used in food recipes.
In this guide, we’ll go over where to find the Skeleton Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Where to Find and Catch the Skeleton Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Skeleton Fish are found in the Glittering Dunes biome of Eternity Isle. Eternity Isle is a new world introduced with the A Rift in Time Expansion requiring players first to own the expansion to find the Skeleton Fish. Once players have the expansion, they must pursue the main Expansion Questline to fix the bridge to gain access to Glittering Dunes.
The Glittering Dunes biome is located on the west side of Eternity Isle and players will have to fish out the Skeleton Fish from the Quicksand found in certain areas of the biome. The areas in which Skeleton Fish is found are the following.
The Plains
The Wastes
The Borderlands
All of the mentioned areas above have a quicksand with different colors of ripples. Skeleton Fish are obtained by fishing in the White and Blue Ripples (Fishing Spots) in the quicksand. Upon finding the white or blue ripples, equip the Royal Fishing Rod and cast the line inside the ripples to start fishing out a Skeleton Fish. Once the fishing mini-game has been completed, Skeleton Fish will be caught and added to the inventory.
Usage of Skeleton Fish in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Consuming the Skeleton Fish raw will generate 500 Energy whereas, using it as an ingredient to make the Bony Osso Buco recipe will generate over 1,000 Energy. Skeleton Fish can also be sold at any Goofy’s Stall both in Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley for 100 Star Coins.
