A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley offers a new world beside Dreamlight Valley that players will get to discover and explore. This new world, Eternity Isle has three biomes each containing 4 separate areas offering unique crafting materials, ingredients, gems, and fish for players to get and add to the collection. One of the new Legendary Seafood items that players can find is the Pretty Pink Starfish which can be consumed to gain Energy or used for cooking meals.
In this guide, we’ll go over where to find and catch Pretty Pink Starfish in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Where to Find & Catch Pretty Pink Starfish in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Pretty Pink Starfish is exclusive to the A Rift in Time expansion therefore, only the players who own the expansion will be able to find and get the Pretty Pink Starfish to add it to their fish collection. Players can find the Pretty Pink Starfish in The Oasis area of the Glittering Dunes biome by fishing at any time. It is the second/third biome of Eternity Isle that players will get to unlock while completing The Sands in Hourglass quest for Jafar.
The Glittering Dunes biome is located on the west side of Eternity Isle and once players have unlocked the biome, they will have to unlock the Oasis area located on the west side which will cost 6,000 Mist. The Oasis has a waterfall lake in which players will find various fish but Pretty Pink Starfish can only be found in the Orange Ripples (Fishing Spots).
The Orange Ripples are rare and spawn less than the other ripples but players can spawn them quickly by fishing in the other available ripples. Once an Orange Ripple has appeared in the water, equip the Royal Fishing Rod, and cast the line inside the ripple to start catching Pretty Pink Starfish.
Upon completing the fishing mini-game, players will catch Pretty Pink Starfish which can be eaten to restore 1,500 Energy, used as an ingredient to cook food recipes, or sold at the Goofy’s Stall for 875 Star Coins.
There is also a possibility that players might catch the Brilliant Blue Starfish instead of the Pretty Pink Starfish as it is also found in The Oasis area from Orange Ripples especially, during the evening. If that happens, players will have to wait for another orange ripple to appear to have another go at catching the Pretty Pink Starfish.
