A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley introduces a brand-new adventure for players to explore and unravel the mysteries of a new world, Eternity Isle. This new world was once lost in time and many of its treasures are still lost to time that players can find using a new exclusive tool, Royal Hourglass. One of the most useful treasures in the expansion is the Ancient Core which comes in three different levels.

How to Get Every Level of Ancient Core in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Ancient Core is one of the crafting materials used for several crafting recipes and upgrades that will help players throughout the expansion adventure. It is a treasure item which is found by using the Hourglass tool like many other treasure items but it comes in three different levels and each level requires a respective level of Hourglass to get found.
Ancient Core (Level 1) – Requires Level 1 of Royal Hourglass (costs 5,000 Mist)
Ancient Core (Level 2) – Requires Level 2 of Royal Hourglass (costs 10,000 Mist)
Ancient Core (Level 3) – Requires Level 3 of Royal Hourglass (costs 15,000 Mist)
To find the Ancient Core, players have to equip the Royal Hourglass and activate it to see the direction of a hidden treasure. Follow the directions and use the Hourglass to pull out the hidden treasure from the rift. If you are lucky, you will pull out the Ancient Core of a random level.
The best place to find the Ancient Cores of any level is the Time Rifts. These are the glowing white spheres that spawn randomly throughout the Eternity Isle and players can activate them by going near it while equipping the Royal Hourglass. Activating the Time Rifts will create an area full of hidden treasures for a limited time and players can use the Hourglass to find the hidden treasures within the area.
The spawn locations of Ancient Cores are random and they can be in any biome of both Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley so, if you are having trouble find them in the Eternity isle, travel to Dreamlight Valley to find them there.
