Players were eagerly awaiting Palia for so many days. Finally, the game has been released on the Switch, but players have many complaints. Some are saying that the account login is not working, others are experiencing sudden logouts after logging in. Some are reporting frequent errors causing the game to freeze.

Hi folks! Happy Switch-

We are currently investigating issues on the Switch relating to account-linking/services. The current recommendation is to please hold momentarily. Woah, thanks for all the hype, though!
More information will be shared when we can. Thanks!

From official team

Hello Palians!
This is a pingless update for those waiting on the Switch. Looks like our lovely devs have found a lead we’re looking into, but it might take some time for us to tackle.

We highly recommend players to please hold on any account linking steps in as we work to resolve the login issues.

Thanks!

Official team

But here’s the good news: the official team has confirmed that they are aware of these issues, and developers are actively working on resolving them. They assure that these problems will be solved very soon.

Updated

We have managed to resolve some things and players affected by login messages on the Switch (especially if you were in EU or APAC region) should be able to log in!
Still running into issues? Player Support is there for you !

That said, we are also looking into some other emerging issues related to:

The Froggy Bucket login reward not being sent

Twitch Drops showed as claimed but not appearing in the account

Rest assured, we’re looking to make sure everyone gets their goodies! Thanks.

We will keep you updated, so stay connected with us.
