How to Get Iron Ores in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria
Iron Ore is one of the minerals that you can mine throughout Moria from the Iron Veins using the Pickaxe tool. The Iron Veins are scattered throughout the depths of Moria and can be found by looking at the walls as you traverse through various paths of the depths. To find the Iron Vein, look for the bronze shade on the walls and go near it to confirm whether is it an Iron ore vein or not.
When you are standing next to the vein, it will show the name of the material on the screen that you will get by mining it. If it says ‘Iron Ore’, equip the pickaxe to use it to mine all the iron ore from the vein. The number of iron ores that you will get from an iron ore vein depends on the size of the vein. Some veins are large and can easily net you 35 – 45 iron ores and the smaller veins can net you 15 – 20 iron ores.
Make sure that you have space in your inventory to mine all the iron ores from the vein so, you can use them in various crafting recipes.
