Placing a certain road sign will allow you to control the flow of traffic efficiently and save citizens from unnecessary harm.

How to Place or Remove Road Signs in Cities: Skylines II
Road Signs are one of the Road Services in Cities: Skylines II that allows you to sustain a smooth traffic flow even within the downtown area and industrial area of the city. Usually, the downtown has the highest traffic rate which can slow down the traffic and even accidents but with the right road signs, you can control the flow of the traffic just fine. To place or remove the road signs, follow the following steps.
Select the Roads from the bottom of the screen.
Select the Road Services from the road types tab.
Select a Road Sign to equip it.
Now, hover over the end or start of the road and press the LMB to place the road sign or press the RMB to remove the placed road sign.
Back out of the menu to apply the changes.
There are four different road signs available in Cities: Skylines II.
Stop
No Left Turn
No Right Turn
No Forward
If you build the roads in a certain way and place the road signs accordingly in the busy area, you will be able to lead the citizens out of the busy area without letting them get into an accident.
